ClockOut Tools provides calculators that produce estimates for personal planning only. Pay results are not guarantees of any paycheck. Hours, breaks, overtime, and pay-period rules vary widely by employer, union contract, and jurisdiction.

Nothing on this Site is payroll, tax, legal, or employment advice. The tools do not calculate taxes, withholdings, net pay, or benefits. For those, consult a qualified professional or your employer’s payroll department.

Overtime and thresholds

The default regular-hours threshold is 40 hours per week and the default overtime multiplier is 1.5×. These defaults may not match your situation. Some jurisdictions require daily overtime, 7th-day premiums, double-time, or different thresholds. Adjust the calculator inputs to match your agreement, then verify with your employer.

Rounding and breaks

The calculators do not apply time-rounding (for example, quarter-hour rounding) unless you enter rounded values. Breaks are unpaid by default. Paid break policies vary by employer and are not assumed by any tool on this Site.

Accuracy

We work to keep the math correct and the shared calculation library is unit-tested. However, no warranty is made as to accuracy. If you believe a calculation is wrong, please report it.

Business days

The Business Days Calculator uses a default Monday–Friday workweek and US federal holidays (with Saturday/Sunday observed-holiday rules). State, local, and employer-specific holidays are not included unless you add them as custom exclusions.
